Voyager Headlight Problem
 

Hi, I have a Voyager 2.5 se on an X (2000). I have main beam but not dipped beam. I have checked the bulbs all OK I have checked the fuses, and the switch and the relays? Does anyone have any suggestions or even a wiring diagram they could e-mail me?:rolleyes:

Ours (1999 GV 2.5td le)melted the dipped connections on the three pin plug that goes onto the headlight bulb! The loom seemed to be made with very thin wire. I bought a replacement headlight loom for a VW T4 off ebay - and now have 12v at the bulbs rather than the 10v or so from the original loom... it solved our problem with lights just stopping...
