Hi, I have a Voyager 2.5 se on an X (2000). I have main beam but not dipped beam. I have checked the bulbs all OK I have checked the fuses, and the switch and the relays? Does anyone have any suggestions or even a wiring diagram they could e-mail me?

 

Ours (1999 GV 2.5td le)melted the dipped connections on the three pin plug that goes onto the headlight bulb! The loom seemed to be made with very thin wire. I bought a replacement headlight loom for a VW T4 off ebay - and now have 12v at the bulbs rather than the 10v or so from the original loom... it solved our problem with lights just stopping...
