i have a 99 voyager that has an intermitant problem with the alarm light on the
dash sometimes staying lit which stops the van cranking. i replaced the battery but no difference. i left key turned to on position for 60 mins but no difference. i disconected battery then turned the key on then reconnected battery but no difference i then turned key off and left it while i had a drink to calm down. when i went back to the van i turned the key and it started . WTF!!!! HELP!!

 

Where are you located? I don't recall here in USA that a Voyager of that year had a factory alarm or a "smart" key for that matter either.
