Voyager turning noise

Voyager turning noise
Hello!
When i turn to right in a little speed i herd an noise in the driver side front weel like (zank, zank,zank), it seems to me like the tire touchs the plastics... dont know for sure!
In high speed on freeway no noise, but turning right, i feel that she was to came to left making force on the drives weel.
Turning left and strait a head in low or high speed no noise or sensations on drivers weel.
It is Voyager 2001 2.5 CRD LX in Europe.
