I am trying to figure out what this is on our 02 limited T&C. Since we bought it a couple of years ago i have no info on what this is. It has a toggle switch behind it and always has a green light lumiated. When i flip the switch it flashes. I have followed the wiring and it goes to a small box "The size of a key fob" then 3 wires tie into the vans main wiring harness under the driver's side. I am curous to see if it has something to do with the tow hitch or a possible auto start? Thanks

 

I think I is a power outage, but is not possible to now what is it if donīt now what kind of car is...
