I just replaced the driver side window regulator and motor but I know I did it in an 'unapproved' way
I removed the speaker in the door and still could not figure any way to get both sides of the regulator inside the door.
I removed 3 screws that held the spool for the wire cable and that gave me a few extra inches to play with. Once both sides were inside the door I just replaced the spool back on the side of the motor. I'm sure that's not the proper procedure but it worked.
I have no doubt I'll be replacing the passenger side one of these days and just wondering if anyone has any tips or possibly pictures taken while doing a replacement.

So cut the tie strap that has a tag on it that says: "DO NOT CUT".
Too bad I wasn't smart enough to think about replacing the strap afterwards LOL!
