Where bypass rear heater core tubes?
(3rd Generation) Chrysler Grand Voyager 2000, 3.3L engine
Where do hoses from the rear heater core attach to the engine? I have a leak in the tubes going to the rear heater core. How much rubber 5/8" hose do I need?
I want to bypass the existing rear heater core, but the hoses/pipes aren't easy to follow. Where is a good place to use a flexible hose to make the bypass? Does anybody have any input?

I can't speak for the 3rd Gen but on the 4G I cut the pipes on the LHSide just before they, and the rear aircon pipes, turn horizontally towards the back, underneath the van. They can be each blanked off or routed to form a return circuit. I chose the latter in case they formed part of a critical path. Once the pipes get horizontal, the whole group (heat + aircon), it is difficult to cut them easily bunched together.
I have recently done the aircon pipes as well and just blanked them. The small 10mm (approx) pipe, and large 16mm were done with normal plumbing fittings. Maybe in inches in USA. Getting a re-gas on the aircon is much cheaper without the rear and system seems to perform better.
