Default Where is the cam position sensor help?!?

I have an 01 town& country w/3.8 motor and Iam atempting to locate my cam position sensor so I can replace it. From what little I can see of what I think it is, it appears to be located near the power steering pump? My dadsvan stalled a number of times and the check engine light came on, so I took it to the Autozone and the hooked up their decoder and theytold me it was the cam sensor. They have the part in stock and I looked at it to get an idea of what I was to look for. Anyway, it looks like all that holds it on is one bolt. Of course I may have to remove any number of things to be able to pull it out of the timming cover hole.Does the above location sound right? Is it hard to remove and replace for a shade tree mechanic or is it worth taking it in for?Seems like an easy thing to replaceto save a little money. Has anyone done it before? How doyou reset the computer after the repair has been made? The only way I know to do that is to disconnect the battery overnight, to clear its brain? Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks
