Default Where Can I Find a Reliable Workshop Manual for an Older Vehicle?

Hello everyone!

Tracking down a proper workshop manual for an aging vehicle has become increasingly frustrating. Many automakers have discontinued printed versions entirely, and third-party publishers frequently release incomplete alternatives that omit critical torque specifications and wiring diagrams.

Has anyone had success sourcing original factory workshop manuals for vehicles from the early 2000s? Are digital subscription services like ALLDATA or Mitchell1 worth the cost for occasional DIY repairs? Has anyone found trustworthy free resources that match the depth and accuracy of an official manual?

Any recommendations from experienced mechanics or enthusiasts would be genuinely appreciated.
