Default Where the heck is the PCV ???

I'll admit I'm not the sharpest mechanicbut Ican usually stumble my way thru things but I'll be darned if I can findthe PCv on my '01 T&C with the 3.8L V6. Somebody out there help me 'cause the spot on my head where I keep scratching it is getting damned sore! And can you replace the serpentine belt from above or is it beter/easier to get at from below?
