Default Wireless Headphones for 2008 chrysler Town and Country

Hi,

I have a 2008 town and country that i bought about a year ago. The car came with a set of wireless headphones, however, i cannot seem to get them to work. I read that there was a button with a headphone symbol on it that need to be pressed and that the headphones would only work in the back of the car. When i press the headphone symbol from the console up front (looks like a headphone with a slash through it) and go back and press the scan on the headphones, i get nothing. I am very frustrated that i cannot get these to work. Does anyone have any idea how to get them to work?

The headphone button (with the slash) on the dash is to CUT OFF the headphones, like to get your kid's attention. Try pushing it again to toggle them back on. Also there is a power switch on the headphones themselves which must be turned on for them to work.
Also, make sure there are fresh batteries in the headphones.
