Default Yes another cooling problem question

2003 T&C US So my coolimg fans are not coming on. I don't think they have worked since I got the van 8 months ago. Noticed the over heating this summer, only over heats at idle. I got the fan relay code. Before i bought the relay i inspected everything in that area and noticed one of the fans leaning towards the engine. Checked fuses all were good, coolant is good, AC system recharged. So i purchased a new relay and fan. Both are installed now but the fans are not coming on. I also changed the temp control sensor, the one right next to the coil, behind the power steering fluid container. Could it be the PCM? Everything else on this van works fine.

No fans with either turning on the A/C or as engine temp rises correct? You can see if the fans will spin by disconnecting the relay connector and jumping pin 1 to pin 2 on the connector. This bypasses the relay and PCM. You can leave the keys on the dash.

Correct no fans with a/c on. I tested fans, they both work. So I bought a new relay last night testing it now. I'll let u know the results.

What about radiator temp switch, unplug it and short over at the plug and check that fans run. If they do its the switch.

If that's the sensor behind the power steering fluid canister next to the coil it's new. Replaced it the other day
