4651711-2 64490 3.
I found this part number: P04606123
I've also found this part number on ECU's with for example 4651711-2 64490 5.
What does the last digit indicate? Will both work in the car?

P04606123 that is the only part number you need to worry about the other number s are not anything that will make any difference.
