Ok so i posted a couple days ago. I determined im not getting any fire, but i am getting fuel... so i believe it is the distributor. today i tried to pull it off the car. first i took the cap off. the points and the metal thing on the rotor look pretty good, a lot better than the stuff in my honda looked...... i took 4 nuts/bolts off from around the distributor. I cannot get the rotor off... it got dark on me today, but i dont want to tear anything up....

anyone got some advise for me? after i pulled the egr tube, i thought, what the hell, i tried to start it again. it did the usual stumble but not start. tho it did put out some exhaust......

as i said in my last post, its a 96 cirrus 2.5 with 157k..........
