Default CAR COVER

I just got my 300 out of the shop from a bad accident...fresh paintjob bad accident. My question is will a car cover damage the paint job? my wife just got me a car cover at carscover.com, its really nice, and i dont want to hurt her feelings by not using it...i have a feeling i shouldnt use it right away but can anybody tell me why so i can explain it to her. im scared...lol.

I would wait, at least 3-6 months, depending on climate. I new paint job needs to breath to cure properly. It may have been"baked" by the body shop, but the paint will still be "fresh", andfinal curingtakes time, lots of it. That being said, I wouldn't wax the painted areas for at leasttwo months, at the very earliest.

no never. car cover will not make any damage for your car color. You can cover them without any fear
