Pimp my ride!! Help

Hello people, how are you all doing. I'm new to the forum and I have a chrysler Sebring 2008 sedan. It looks really *****, and I will like it to upgrade my car by the outside so maybe it can look better. The things is that I just bough the car 8 months ago and I don't know anything about what I have to buy, the cost etc.
I came here cause I know y'all expert on this, thank you. I'll show a picture how I would love my car to look like.
