Default 1998 Concorde quit while driving it

My 98 Concorde just quit me a mile after I put in some new gas. I changed the spark plugs and one of the sensors. I then disconnected the fuel line and turned on the key. The fuel pump can be heard, but there is no gas coming out of the fuel line. What can be my problem? The code PO725 comes up.

Is the fuel filter hooked up to the fuel pump, in the gas tank, or are they separate?

Does this carhave a fuel shut-off?

I forgot to add. I was told that the fuel filter is connected to the fuel pump, which is in the gas tank. Is this true? Or are they separate. I can't find the fuel filter.

FUEL FILTER/FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR A combination fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator is used on all gas powered engines. It is located on the top of the fuel pump module. A separate frame mounted fuel filter is not used.

So the fuel pump must be changed to change the fuel filter and pressure regulator? Also, does this car have a fuel shut-off.
