You've got a problem with an oxygen sensor. I don't know how many there are on that car. If it's a V-6 engine there should be one on each side in the exhaust manifold. Check the wiring for dirt or defects and replace the sensor(s).

A sensor might be easier to get out if the engine is warmed up SLIGHTLY before you try to extract it. Use anti seize on the threads of the new one if it doesn't come with anti-seize already.
