OK here the problem I'm not having any power problems that's I can tell no lights on the dash except check engine light and the only thing that's going on is eventually the car will start whining like transmission whining sound and it'll start shifting funny and slipping real bad and not wanting to move the only code that I'm pulling up of course I'm only using the key test is the 06 0.1 and from the all the other forms that I'm reading I should have a whole lot more symptoms and issues then what I'm having for it to be the PCM so what else could it be the shift solenoid neutral safety switch but I'm running out of ideas and options

 

Most likely the PCM, sometimes reflashing helps, have a look here:

601 is internal controller failure re flashing it wont do any good.
For teh trans issue before any battery is disconnected you will need a scanner that can get into the TCm to see its codes.
