I am new to CF, and I am trying to upload a photo of my car and I can't find the link for adding albums(or it is disabled). I get a bulletin that says that I may not have that privilege. What does that mean and how do I get that privilege? Thanx in advance for any help.

 

it means U haft to work for it post stuff be on here awhile we have people that hit and run and leave spam and all the good stuff like that
