Check engine light came on about 3 weeks ago and came up with code P0406 -EGR Position Sensor Circuit High Input. Check engine light went off and ran fine for about a week. Now, it will occasionally stall while I'm driving and just this week it has also occasionally decided that it doesn't want to start. All the lights come on but it just won't turn over. If I wait about 10 mins from the first time I try to start it it will eventually start. Could all of this be connected to the EGR valve?

 

If your EGR valve is stuck or malfunctioning your car will experience symptoms like rough idle and bucking on accelertaion, possibly stalling or no start also.
