1990 new yorker fifth avenue
Hi,
Recently I bought a 1990 new yorker fifth avenue V6 3.3L. It starts en runs fine, but now the problem. My digital cluster is not working I have done everything. And there is nobody to ask and stuff for cars like this are very expensive here. The idiot lights are working fine, but my display is not lighting up it doesn't do anything.
I'm measuring some voltage on my cluster but I'm not sure if it is correct.
So is there anybody there who can help me with a pinout diagram or an wiring diagram it would be a great help.

How many connectors do you have on the back of the cluster AND what color are they? I have some ALLDATA diagrams (which are usuallly copied from factory manual) I can send you. I don't think the size uploads on here are big enough to read. I will have to e-mail jpgs to you.

Hi,
It has a red color and it's a 13 pin connector. Connector placed on the LH side, some numbers on the cluster rev. D 4391721
See below for picture of my cluster.
Thank you very much

Part #4391721 Instrumet Cluster PCB
I know this is an old thread, but I have the exact same problem. Apparent, one of the 680uF caps blew. It is metal bodied, wrapped in plastic. It looked like the plastic melted and it shorted to the copper trace on the board. Is there a replacement...20 years later.
