1995 Neon Heater A/C switch

Default 1995 Neon Heater A/C switch

Hi i think i saw in a post a while back how you can disable the A/C from running when you select the heat mode on the fan control switch . I want to be able to run my heater in the vent or defrost mode when i select the warm or hotair mode on my heater switch any help would be appreciated . Thanks

Hello, the reason your a/c runs on heat mode is to dry the air so your windows will not fog up,plus it keeps things lubed up. I guess you are looking for more fuel mileage? It is not a good idea, if the a/c comp. does not cycle thru the winter months and keep things lubed up then you will be facing a high dollar repair come summer.I do not know how to shut it down but mabe Chryler Tech. or Moe may know.
