Last week my car went dead, now the alarm is armed and wont turn off i got it a few months ago and the key fob was not in the best of shape and quit working. Now the alarm is armed i tried to do the key in door but i bought it salvaged and the doors came from another sebring, I have looked everywhere and i came up with this, can anyone tell me if this is true, if i splice the green and white (-) wire in the door harness w/ a wire of the same gauge then ground it to the chassis will that finally kill the alarm all to gether and my car will start again????
