Default 2004 sebring conv. "start fuel" fuse

Car has the v6, running great. Went to start this am and no turnover. Battery charged. Found that the start fuel fuse was blown. Replaced it and it blew on start attempt twice. Any ideas???

That fuse leads to the starter relay and to the fuel pump relay. If you're lucky, one or the other of those relays is bad. If not, then there's a short somewhere else in the circuit, possibly the fuel pump.
Both relays are in the power distribution center (fusebox under the hood). The fuel pump in located in the fuel tank and to replace it, you have to drop the tank. Check the relays and wiring first.
