2005 300 nav system

Default 2005 300 nav system
my wife broke the joystick on the nav system in her 300. Is this a common problem? Is there any recalls or tsb on them. I took the radio apart and i can fix it(unsolder from board) if I can get a new one. Chrysler doesn't seem interseted to help. Anyone know where to get one?
