Default 2010 Chrysler 300C Oil Change

The local Chrysler dealer just recently serviced my 300 (today) Seems the mechanic put 5w30 instead of the 5w20 as the Manuel calls for. Now this was synthetic oil as well. Everything reads that you shouldn’t use any grade but 5w20
Has something changed that makes using 5w30 acceptable? Can I expect problems and possible damage from this? I will be calling them in the morning.
Bought the car used as it was a lease back in 2012. Have had no problems whatsoever and I don’t want to start now. Car has 73,000 miles and no issues and I really like it. This was the first time I had the “Dealer” do service on on it. Don’t know why I didn’t go to my regular garage with it?
Its my wife’s daily driver and I have 2015 Ram

Spoke with Service Manager this morning. The tech assured him that the right oil was usd 5w20 as required.
He looked into this further and found that their inventory was off and it did prove out to be a clerical mistake
He did offer to rechange the oil but I was satisfied with their findings.
