Factory or after-market remote start? Check engine lamp on? Fuel level over 1/4 (not certain of the criteria)? Any diagnostic codes or cluster lamps lit? If the owners manual is available, there is a list of remote start criteria.

What is the age/condition of the battery? A weak/failing battery may be able to start the engine but not be enough for the remote start to keep the engine running.

I do have a check engine light on, Codes for O2 sensor and thermostat sensor.
Will check the condition of the battery and look at owners manual

Thank you

Check engine lamp will cancel remote start. Once the diagnostic code issues are resolved, I suspect the remote start will work as expected.
