Default 93 dynasty

my 93 dynasty will not go into reverse. do ineed a new transmission ?

Probably not the whole thing, but maybe the valving. Check your tranny fluid for condition as well as level. If it is discolored or smells different than the stuff in a new bottle, you should consider a change. Sometimes this is enough to free up things, most of the time it is not. You also may try the electrical connector(s) that control the valves on the tranny and along your shift linkage.(if any.)
