I have a 94 LHS and the wipers will turn on, works in high, low, and delay.
When I turn them to the off position, they continue to cycle until I turn
the key off. Then they return to the home position and remain off.
PS this happens when I use the washers as well.
Any help out there?

 

The wiper relay is sticking closed. It's in the fuse box under the hood. Get a new one they're about 5 bucks or so.

swapped acouple of relays, look like it did the job.

Swapping relays only lasted a day.
Had to change the body computer
