I have a 94 LHS and the wipers will turn on, works in high, low, and delay.
When I turn them to the off position, they continue to cycle until I turn
the key off. Then they return to the home position and remain off.
PS this happens when I use the washers as well.
Any help out there?

 

Swapped the relays, it seems to have done the job.
Works like new.

 

Swapping relays only lasted a day.
Ended up swapping the body computer.
