Please help me, my 96 Chrysler lhs wont start.before my neighbor would work on the engine(minor repair) he insisted that he clean all the grease & dirt on the engine. Then he sprayed it with the water hose to rinse. It looks great but now it wont start, it cranks up but never turns over.
