Been having a problem with a Chrysler 200 LX 2.4 L engine. The engine will run perfectly fine then after sometime (couple minutes) will shudder. It will do this anywhere between 5 and 30 minutes and at some point will just quit. I have replaced the fuel pump, crank position sensor, cam position sensor, spark plugs, ignition coils, ignition capacitor, swapped the PCM to a different one, check catalytic convertor, changed MAP sensor, engine air filter, engine valve cover gasket, swapped the relays, checked the voltage input to the spark plugs/ignition coils, check voltage on fuel pump, and pulled codes after the engine shuts off (nothing related to the engine shows up). I am at a loss trying to figure out why the engine is quitting. The engine will stop even while driving.
It is a 2013 Chrysler 200 LX 2.4 L. The codes that it does show are
1. P2433 Secondary Air Injection System Air Flow Sensor Circuit High Bank 1
2. P0418 Secondary Air Injection System Control Circuit
3. P2431 Secondary Air Injection System Air Flow Sensor Circuit Performance Bank1
4. P2488 Secondary Air Injection System High Airflow Bank 1
5. B11CB92 Main/Left Temperature Door 1 Control Performance or Incorrect Operation
6. B105D00 Recirculation Door Travel Range Too Large
7. B105892 Recirculation Door Control Performance or Incorrect Operation
8. B1C14 Driver Active Headrest Control Circuit Open
9. B1B02 Drive Airbag Squib Circuit Open
10. P128D TCM Power Circuit 2 Open
None of these seem related to the engine stalling out. Also I cleared the codes, rescanned and the only codes that returned are 2, 8, and 10. I let the car run until the engine shuddered and stalled. No new codes show up.

your problem codes here is the wire diagram for that circuit
so that secondary air system has a Mass air flow sensor and that is directly effected by the codes you have. could be the sensor or a wire issue.
Not sure I follow. The issue I am having is that the engine shudders and at some point it stop running. My understanding of the secondary air injection system is for emission and should not effect how the engine is running since it injects air into the exhaust system to allow for combustion of any non-combusted fuel in the exhaust. How would the secondary air injection system cause the engine to stop running?
I quoted
"your problem codes here is the wire diagram for that circuit so that secondary air system has a Mass air flow sensor and that is directly effected by the codes you have. could be the sensor or a wire issue"
Mass air flow is for incoming air for air fuel calculations. its also in conjunction with the air injection pump which would need to know how much air is being used for the pump. Chrysler is a speed density system mainly which used a volume per second or meter which ever they decided to use at that time. So It uses sensors (MAP, IAT, RPM) and the Ideal Gas Law (PV=nRTcap P cap V equals n cap R cap T
𝑃𝑉=𝑛𝑅𝑇 to estimate how much air is entering the cylinder. The fuel calculations would be used off that amount. Now if the secondary air injection uses the same air from the intake system well the computer needs to know how much is used for the air injection to compensate on the engine side to keep it running correctly.
That make sense. I tried locating the secondary air pump and was not successful. I tried locating it under the air box, around the engine in the back and sides, near the driver side frame rail and did not find the device. Based on information I could gather this car doesn't have a secondary air flow system at all and essentially has an electronic/virtual system in PCM. If this is the cases does this point to a faulty wiring harness or something else?
Those codes were present before and after we replaced the PCM. We replaced the PCM thinking the circuit had gone bad causing the engine to stall. I took a picture of the drive side near the PCM.
