I just bought a 2008 Town & Country with a MyGIG REN radio and am in the process of loading MP3's from a 64GB flash drive. Since I only drive short distances I need to load files in small batches and figured I'd do so alphabetically. by artist. A-D, then E-J, etc., and I'd be able to tell where I'd left off by pulling up a list of artists on the MyGIG.

But after making some edits to the flash drive files, the MyGIG is now sorting those files sort of randomly:

George Benson & Count Basie
Basia
George Benson
Michael Franks
Barbra Streisand
Andrea Bocelli
The Insomniacs

Naturally, there's no way to change the sorting order on the MyGIG and I can't duplicate the MyGIG's sorting order on the PC.

I know this is an old system, but does anyone recall how the MyGIG is sorting those flash drive files and/or does anyone know what I need to do to the flash drive to have have the MyGIG sort them alphabetically by artist?
