ignition/steering colum

[>:]the steering wheel is turned all the way and locked and the key will not turn in the ignition. I do not know what to do.

sounds like the steering wheel lock is in a bind. try turning the steering wheel a little as you turn the key.

Of course that would probably mean wiggling it a little. You may have to pull it hard in the direction in which it is locked.
