Default leaky water pump bolts

My 99 300m(3.5) has a new water pump, but we cant stop the bolts from leaking. What do the dealer techs do to remedy this?

I bet the water pump was not leaking but the plate behind the pump is what was leaking. the set of o rings behind the pump.
