Default Measuring coolant levels?

My 2013 T&C had a coolant level right at the minimum of the reservoir tank. I checked it when it was cold, drove it around for about 10 minutes and it was still at that level. Is this normal? Maybe they didn't fill it up all the way or does it take a while for the car to heat up and cause the coolant to expand in the tank?

Thanks in advance!

There are two "full" marks on the tank, one for "hot" and one for "cold". "Cold" is basically room or ambient temperature. "Hot" is when the car is warmed up with the temperature gauge showing the level it normally shows when it is warmed up fully.
The expansion of the coolant occurs in the engine, so when the car is warmed up, it should rise in the tank.
They should check it and top it off next time you have the oil changed. Keep an eye on it after that. If it drops again, have the dealer check for leaks. You should be under warranty for that.
