Default no washer fluid coming out (2005 T+C Van)....

I've checked the fuse for the washer fluid motor and it's fine.

I do not hear the motor trying to pump when I activate the washer fluid squirters.

Is the pump located at the bottom of the fluid reservoir like most other ones I've seen?

Do you get at it from the passenger side fender?

Any way to test the pump?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I have the same issue with my just-bought 2001 T&C. Chrysler Tech, I want to do what you had explained there. Could you just tell what do these mean: DRB and IPM?
Thanks!
