Default Part ID on a 2009 Town and Country

Looking for what this part is called. It is the housing that the oil filter screws into on a 2009 town and country. It has a small pinhole that is leaking coolant at the elbow where the arrow is.

For some background, I was told the radiator had a leak by a local mechanic so I replaced that. Found out the water pump inlet tube was leaking, replaced that as well. Now this has spring a leak. Any help would be appreciated!

That's it, thank you! I can't find any videos on how to replace this part. I see a TON on the newer town and countries but not this specific style/year. I am definitely not a mechanic but try to do as much myself as I can, is this something the typical diyer can handle?

I myself have never changed one but from looking at it don't believe it would be that difficult. Of course everyone's mechanical abilities vary.

I found a video by Googling CHANGING OIL COOLER ON 2009 TOWN AND COUNTRY it came up with a 2008 GRAND CARAVAN. I am willing to bet that the procedure is typical
