Poor AM/FM Radio Reception

Default Poor AM/FM Radio Reception
2012 T&C with the VES system has recently started to lose stations that used to be strong? I am not sure the issue but wanted to check the antenna connection first. Can anyone advise on how the radio head can be removed or access to the antenna be gained. Thanks in advance
