Default Power window woes

I just bought a 2000 cirrus and I'm boggled by a seemingly simple problem. My back windows dont work, I took the panel off one, changed switches and it went down, but not up. I check the power at the motor (probe thru the silicone sealer) and get 12v both directions when switching up/down but
motor only goes down, same with 2 other motors from the wrecker. I hook the motors directly to the battery and they go up AND down. I found out that when I push up, there is 12v at both leads, while down is still 12v at 1 lead, I've tried a few switches and the master drivers switch and all have the same result, push up and there is 12v at both leads. I know almost nothing about these models and dont even know if they have a body control module and this is the first power window problem I've had to deal with.
