Programming Key Fob 2013 Town And Country

Default Programming Key Fob 2013 Town And Country
I need to program a key fob for my 2013 Town and Country. I followed some YouTube instructions on line for a 2010 model, the procedure does not work on my 2013. Did Chrysler change the procedure, is this now a dealer or locksmith only procedure?

for some Chrysler it need special tool for key fob programming
