The code the seller gave me doesn't work, and their customer service has been slow to help. Can anyone get the right code for me, please?

That's the code on the sticker attached to the unit. Not sure why it doesn't work. Hopefully I will get some help from the seller soon.

I just started guessing until I got it. Thankfully it didn't take too long. Maybe the seller (a big retailer) got the top plate with the serial number mixed up with the guts of another radio. I don't know. Anyway, thanks for your help.
