Default Radio Issues 2014 Chrysler 200 Uconnect 130

Hello,
Just bought a 2014 Chrysler 200 from local Credit Union repo lot.
The radio is giving me fits.
It has the Uconnect 130 with Sirius.
We can get it to obey some voice commands.
Our biggest issues are:
The radio won't turn off, the CD won't eject, and none of the manual controls for the radio work exept the channel selector. Could it be fuses?
I'm tempted to disconnect the battery for several minutes to see if it will
reset the radio. I hesitate to do that because of the alarm.
Thoughts or tips?

In this day and age, nobody bothers to repair a radio. The time and effort required to search down a problem and make a repair are not justified in the face of the cost of just replacing it. Disconnecting the battery to see if that will reset it is not going to hurt anything but probably won't help either.
An aftermarket replacement is unlikely to function as well as the factory model, and won't match the dash either.
A factory replacement will be very expensive.
Your best bet is a used replacement. Keep your eye peeled for one on eBay. They come up every once in a while.
