Completely frustrated!! My husband and I purchased the vehicle and the radio powers on and off every 2 mins or so. This is extremely annoying. We were told by Chrysler that we would have to pay for an aftermarket radio since the warranty has conveniently run out. It seems like this problem is trending. At what point does Mopar step in and admit they have made a bad product with Chrysler holding them accountable?

This site is not run by Chrysler. If you believe Chrysler should take care of your problem, you will have to talk with them. If you believe this is a problem shared by other owners, you will need to specify what kind of car and what year so people can know if they should also be concerned.

I get that the site is not run by Chrysler and I am responding to the thread as yet another customer dealing with this radio issue in a 2015 Chrysler 200.

Sounds like you have a short somewhere in your wiring. I'd take it out and see if something is rubbing on a wire and wore through the shielding.

THIS WORKED. I do not know how old this post is or who you are but my radio did the same thing when I stopped for gas and I tried fixing it with a new fuse and it didn't work so I was looking to find a solution and see this post and pressed the eject button and my radio is back. I have never used the cd player in this car before... this car is idiotic!!!
