Speedometer stopped

Speedometer stopped

On our T&C (2001) the speedometer stopped working and is in fact below the peg. When we start the car it acts like it wants to work but the peg will not allow it to get past it. Is there a easy fix for this?

take the cluster out and let it fall back to the correct place
