Default Start then no start

Hey everyone new to the forum in a dead moment as we speak, I am a active duty service member ARMY, currently about to go on a one month field exercise family aybe stranded. Long story short brought my wife a 2007 Chrysler aspen ran perfectly for coue weeks last week she wouldn't start dumped fuel all over ground, lower tank and this hose was discounted (pic1) pulled it in good to go 3 days later no start again hose connected and now lost. Dropped tanknfound this broken piece think its evap canister (pic2) don't believe that would cause a no start. Turn key fuel pump doesn't prime was working perfectly before always instant start up checking voltage but anything else I'm missing I did swap relays before getting to this step.
