Has anyone used or have any experience with this tailpipe expander?

yes not the greatest in fact you'll need to use a torch to heat the pipe so the metal can flex, you can only use an open ended wrench on it which doesn't give you much for leverage. in other words save your money and look for a better tool . there are better hand operated ones but I had to use an impact wrench. So I got something much better.
