Default Unclogging an AC drain on a Concorde

I have a Chrysler Concorde (1997) that is getting a film on the windshield. I know it is not the heater core, I believe the AC drain is clogged and the box is full of water, so it is putting a film on the windshield. Does any one know where the AC drain is? is it easy to get to? can this be fixed for less then 600 bux?

I guess it is the evaporator Housing Drain Line, I need to know what it takes to either replace that, or unclog it or something.
