Default Winter Steel or Winter Alloy

I'm looking at putting winter tires on one of my cars. What I want to do is mount the tires on rims instead of re-mounting each season.
Any opinions on whether to buy steel or alloy rims and why?

thanks!

Thanks Moe! Maybe I can help you to help me better
Attached is the ad I was looking at from a retailer (Canadian Tire) up north here. They're both a bargain compared to Chrysler equipment!

Here are the (Chrysler) rims we got with the car: http://wallpapers.graphicfreebies.co...?800-chrysler4

I appreciate your speedy input! Thanks again.
